These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Keystone Freedom Academy website located at keystonefreedomacademy.org and any related digital services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Keystone Freedom Academy (“KFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Pennsylvania-approved private special education school.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a minor), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for informational purposes related to KFA's educational programs, enrollment, and community resources. You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or inquiries
• Use the Site only in ways that comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users, students, and staff
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio clips, and software — is the property of Keystone Freedom Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to the Site on social media or other platforms

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish Site content without prior written permission from KFA
• Use KFA's name, logo, or trademarks without express written authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site
• Create derivative works based on Site content without permission

Submission of an enrollment inquiry form through our Site does not constitute enrollment, a guarantee of placement, or a binding agreement between you and KFA. All enrollment decisions are subject to KFA's admissions process, availability, and applicable Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements.

By submitting an inquiry form, you consent to KFA contacting you via the information provided to discuss enrollment options. You represent that all information submitted is accurate and complete.

KFA reserves the right to decline enrollment inquiries at its discretion, consistent with applicable non-discrimination laws.

If you submit content to us — including messages, testimonials, feedback, or other communications — you grant KFA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our educational mission and marketing, unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code
• Impersonate KFA, its staff, or any other person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's servers, networks, or security features
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage KFA's reputation or operations

KFA reserves the right to terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

KFA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the most current developments.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, medical, psychological, or educational advice. Always consult qualified professionals for specific guidance regarding your child's educational needs.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KEYSTONE FREEDOM ACADEMY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF KFA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

KFA's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Amazing Raise, Gideon Math & Reading, YouTube, Google Maps, and social media platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only.

KFA does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bucks County or Delaware County, Pennsylvania. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact KFA in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

KFA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
